15-minute cancellation window: Clients may request cancellation and a refund within 15 minutes of payment if work has not materially begun.
After the initial 15-minute period, project planning, specialist allocation, research, analysis, audit preparation, communication setup and operational preparation may begin. Once resources have been committed, refunds may not be available except where required by applicable law or as otherwise agreed by Blackrock E Promotions.

Our strategies are based on professional experience, analysis and structured execution; however, specific numerical outcomes, rankings, revenue, sales, followers, engagement or conversions cannot be guaranteed.
Clients may request reasonable changes during a project. Significant changes in scope, objectives, deliverables, platforms, timelines or strategic direction may require revised pricing, adjusted delivery dates or a new project agreement.
